The Help Center will be your main portal to everything CrowdChange - from how to create your first fundraiser in just a few minutes, to more in-depth questions about receipts, peer to peer fundraising, and back-end reporting - the Help Center will be a resource for you to explore and share with your fundraising team.

Here are a few helpful resources to get you started:

  • You can create a custom fundraising page on CrowdChange in under five minutes! See our tutorial on How to Start a Fundraiser.

  • Check out the guides to our core features like Ticketing, Merchandise, Registration & Sponsorship!

  • The Site-Level Access Manager allows you to assign administrative roles to your users, allowing them full or partial administrative privileges.

  • Want more information about back-end reporting?

    • The Admin Donations Report will provide you with a high-level overview of all transactions on your CrowdChange site.

    • Use the Tickets Report to get the details on all tickets purchased for a fundraiser.

    • Is your fundraiser set up for Registrations? The Registrations Report will give you a detailed overview of all registrations made or purchased through your fundraiser.

    • Does your site use the Recurring Donations function? For all information plus the ability to skip, change the date, or cancel a recurring donation, take a look at the Recurring Donations Report.
